As we know lace has been a big trend through out the year especially for Fall, Leighton Meester rocks her lace jumpsuit and Nicki Minaj sport her lace fitted romper with pink tights both of these ladies looks were classified as Fashion Don'ts on the Fashion Police this week. The ones that are the biggest critics like Joan Rivers are normally in last place with their fashion, so tell me what you think. Fashion forward or fashion fail?

The Little Black Winter Dress

Of course you can put that fabulous leather jacket over your little black dress but why not replace your little black dress with something a little warm. From Project Runway To The Red Carpet

For all the Project Runway fans or even if you seen the last two episodes from this season you remember this dress. This dress was designed by one of the most talented designer on the show. Heidi Klum and Micheal Kors argued back and forth about this dress and Heidi admitted that she would definitely rock this look on the red carpet and sure enough here she is at the "Black Swan" closing night gala.

Lanvin for H&M

I have always looked at H&M as the upgraded version of Forever 21 their price points are similar as well as their style. This collection by Lanvin is amazing and the prices are more than H&M normal prices, but Lanvin is providing luxury for H&M but at a lower scale that most people can afford. To the ladies that have an H&M near them enjoy! I will be happy for the day that H&M allows online purchases!

Too Little Too Much

There is no denying how FAB Kourtney Kardashian looks, BUT I think she may have done a little too much. The necklace "I'm an Icon" is adorable and the bag is too die for. As for these cuffs...they must go the choker and the ankle cuffs is too much for the outfit that she needs to choose one or the other and I say she needs to remove those ankle cuffs. Sometimes it's ok to have a lot of accessories on depending on what look you are going for but, it just doesn't work for this classic look.

Courtside Couple

I just absouletly love this couple they keep their relationship so private it just makes me thirst for more. What Beyonce has on is a perfect look to wear to a basketball game. Jeans with a loose fitted off the shoulder tie dye shirt and red peep toe pumps is effortless style, & very light makeup if any. Perfectly done Mrs. Carter.

FASHION FACE OFF

Kim wore it first but Ciara wore it better! These two ladies are like best friends I don't know how they could even duplicate a look like this without knowing or informing each other prior. Kim Kardashian rocked this look in September when she was in Paris and there where photos of her every where. Apparently Ciara didn't care that she had stole Kim's look because she recently wore this look to a movie premiere. No women can go wrong with a black dress, but this puff dress looks more appealing on Ciara's slim shape, and I like the larger leopard print on her bootie compared to Kim Kardashians. What do you think? Who rocked this look better?

Houston's Fashion Week!!!!!!!!

I'm super excited that today is the first day of fashion week! There are so many events and so many shows coming up this week its all so difficult to choose which show & events I will be attending! The only thing that I have decided is that I will be attending the Audi Fashion Show at the Wortham Theater on Monday October 11. 2010. I decided to attend this show because it has one of the most successful, and my favorite designers from the hit reality show Project Runway!

IT'S CHRISTIAN SIRIANO!!!! I'M SUPER EXCITED TO SEE HIS COLLECTION, BECAUSE HE IS SUCH A TALENTED DESIGNER AND A LOT OF HIS PIECES ARE INSPIRED BY THE LATE ALEXANDER McQUEEN.

There will be other designers at the show such as Cesar Galindo and Lyn Devon. I will fill you'll in on the events I attend and my outfits of the day for the week!

FASHION FACE OFF

This dress that Kim and Adrienne are wearing is from Bebe's fall Karadashian collection the dress looks fabulous on both ladies, but who wore it best? Lets compare shall we?

Adrienne has her sleeves all the way to her wrist which is how the dress is meant to be wore but on her the sleeves look to long and all bundled up at the wrist. Kim scrunched her sleeves up to a 3/4 length which gives the dress a different look. Adrienne has a simple leather belt paired with a black pump.

Kim accessories include a black and sliver belt with overlapping circles and she paired her look with a peep toe bootie. In my opinion Kim Kardashian takes the crown Adrienne just looked to basic and didn't add any personality to the dress.

How To Spot a fake LOUIS VUITTON BAG

• If the LV are crooked it'a fake.
• The straps come in a light leather but after wear the handles will oxides and fade to a darker brown.
• If you buy it from a street dealer that they purchased them from New York or have a friend that works for Louis Vuitton its a fake!
• If it's under $300 then it's fake.
• Check out a Louis Vuitton catalog or website to see if the item is even a product that Louis Vuitton bag.
• Louis Vuitton is made in France not China
• If the LVs are on both sides of the bag are faced up right it's a fake. Louis Vuitton uses the wrap around method so that one side would be up right and the other side are upside down.

Tips To Care For Your Jeans

• Be Gentle: it's safe to machine wash your jeans just make sure to turn them inside out, and wash in cold water.

• Don't Wash Too Often: wear your jean 2-3 times before washing them this will help them last longer and fade less quickly.

• Hang To Dry: heat from the dryer can cause the color to fade.

• Tuble Dry: If you chose to put them in the dryer make sure you set it on the lowest heat or tumble dry.

• DON"T Dry Clean: Dry cleaning your jeans makes them look good in the short term, but over time it will weaken the denim, set stains and even trap orders.

• Distressed Jeans: Wash them by hand or waash on a delicate cycle.

Shoe Review

These shoes are stunning simplicity its a normal platform pump, and the leopard print makes it a stand out shoe! After I did the blog on Wild Things I notice that I didn't have a leopard accessories in my closet, and I seen this shoe on the Jessica Simpson website about a month ago, but I was disappointed that they were sold out in my size. While I was out shopping yesterday I found them in Dillard's and I was on the fence about getting them now or later. So when I woke up this morning I decided to go purchase them and I'm in love. This exquisite Jessica Simpson heel is 5.1 inches of chic, done right in pony hair with a 1.4 inch platform.

Shoe Review

I recently purchased these 3 pair of shoes that I adore these are a couple of shoes that I think are needed for your Fall wardrobe. (Not necessarily these same exact pair but similar)

The first pair on the left are Sam Edelman ballet flats. Any brand of ballet flats are essential to your fall fashion something that stands out and are far from simple. These flats are a crackle sliver which a huge bow on the front they are comfortable and a well put together sole. Most ballet flats have a soft bottom but these have a hard bottom for longer wear.

The pair in the middle are Steve Madden nude pump. This is a classic shoe that Steve Madden has in a lot of different colors in. A nude shoe is essential, because it can go with almost everything.

The last pair on the right are the very comfortable Jessica Simpson pumps. These shoes are my favorite because of the detailing. At the top of the shoe they have a snitching with small gold detail this is also ate the front of the shoe and they material that is used for the snitching is then tied into a bow.

Add a Little 60's To Your Wardrobe

Tie Dye has came along way from the hippie days. This is a right now trend!! That is moving into the fall but onto jeans, many girls that I have spoke with have said they can't see them selves wearing tie dye jeans, which is okay every trend that comes out doesn't mean you have to wear it. I believe that trends should be built around your wardrobe, and if there is a trend that doesn't fir your style DON'T WEAR IT!

Some ladies may just choose to wear a boyfriend blazer which are normal more loose fitting so it actually looks as if you pulled it right from your boyfriends closet.
